Lady! Pretty Red Husky!

*HUSKY OR SIMILAR BREED EXPERIENCE REQUIRED!*<br/><br/>Meet our radiant red Husky girl named Lady! Lady is about 2 years old and she was surrendered to our shelter when her owner could no longer care for her. Lady is a very sweet and friendly girl who loves all people! She is a playful girl who loves toys and belly rubs! Lady will sit politely for a treat and she takes them gently. She spent a lot of time outside at her last home, but she seems to prefer being with people getting attention rather than being left outside alone on her own. Lady will flop right over begging for belly rubs and full body pets! She is also a great couch cuddler. Lady does have Husky energy and she currently weighs about 65 lbs. We are looking for a home with Husky, or similar breed experience, for Lady to go to. She is fine with other dogs and tends to act more submissive towards them. There is a short application for adoption, however if you do not own your home, or you own a condo, we must speak with your landlord or housing association giving permission to dogs/cats. Bully breed specific permission is required if you rent or own a condo. If you own your home, proof of home ownership is required. If there are other pets in the home they must be licensed (if a dog) and up to date on vaccinations. If there is another dog in the home a dog interaction must be done at the shelter before adoption, to ensure the safety and well being of all pets. All children in the home need to be declared and brought down to meet the animal.<br/>Applications must be submitted and approved BEFORE a meet and greet can be scheduled to meet an animal.<br/><br/>An approved application does not guarantee an adoption.
