Lady Bird

<p>Ladybird had a great home lined up but transport had been an issue as she is not a good traveler (nervous getting in and out of vehicles) The distance to her approved home was over 700 miles and her adopter has agreed to let another family open their heart to her where travel will not be an issue. For this reason Ladybird is only available for adoption within a few hour drive of Southern Ohio.&nbsp;</p><br/><p>Lady Bird has come out her shell and is doing great in foster care. &nbsp;She is approx. 4-5 years old and 50lb. &nbsp;She is good with other dogs and kids. &nbsp;We don't know about cats. &nbsp;She really likes people and becomes very attached. &nbsp;She is a velcro dog so if you are looking for a constant companion this girl is it. &nbsp;She did have some separation anxiety when she first arrived in foster care but that is going away as she gets more secure. &nbsp;She will need a stable, loving home preferably with people that are around for their dogs quite a bit. &nbsp;</p><br/><p>Lady Bird is a lovely girl who has had a hard past, but like all setters is so loving and forgiving and just wants to belong to a group of people that love them. &nbsp;She even howls now! &nbsp;We will try to get the link to the video posted here soon, but you can find it on our facebook page. &nbsp;Lady Bird is a sensitive setter and we want a home that is going to treat her like the princess she is. &nbsp;She is a GREAT dog. &nbsp;:)&nbsp;&nbsp;</p><br/><p><br/><p>All adoptive homes must have a fenced in yard or extensive acreage.
