What is Paws and Stars Animal Rescue’s adoption process?

You have to be 25 years of age or older in order to adopt from us. We do not adopt to homes with children under the age of 5. Bully breeds or other breeds falling under the BSL are not available for first time dog owners. First time dog owners are not eligible for out of state adoptions. Your current or previous pets have to be up to date on all vaccines, altered and on heartworm prevention which can be verified with your veterinarian. We do not allow invisible fences or any type of tie outs at any time

Is Lady good with kids?

Lady is good with kids under the age of 5 and kids over the age of 5.

Is Lady good with other animals?

Lady is good with other dogs and cats.

When can I meet Lady?

As soon as the adoption organization has a chance to review your information, they’ll reach out with next steps and timing.

When can I adopt Lady?
