Lady

Meet Lady!
Lady came into the shelter on June 30th as a surrender due to her owner being older and not able to handle her in an apartment setting. No fault of her own!
She loves to run and play in the sun all day. She enjoys being around other dogs and has done well in playgroups with a variety of different play types. She would definitely enjoy an active dog buddy if you already have one. She loves to hug and greet new people of all ages and is always a gentle greeter.
She walks well on a leash and is always eager to go. She is a fabulous running companion for anyone who loves to go for a run on beautiful days. She is definitely potty trained and will wait for her turn in the yard. She’s also very smart and knows the command sit.
Lady loves peanut butter, milk bone treats, and a good squeaky toy. She is definitely an explorer and was not brought into this world to be a couch potato. She is always on the move and wants to try new things all the time.
Our staff says she enjoys sitting and people-watching while on her outings. But above all else, Lady is a lover. She wears her heart on her sleeve, and all she wants in this world is for someone to choose her every day as her best friend, companion, and family member for the rest of her life. She wants to make your house feel like home.
Come meet Lady today at the Alpine Animal Services Shelter, 2900 Old Marathon Hwy Alpine, TX 79830.
