I’m a sweet, fluffy girl who loves everyone I meet. Kids, dogs, new friends… I think they’re all wonderful, and I’m always ready to share some kisses. I’m working hard on my training because I really want to be the best girl for my family. My foster mom says that I’m doing really well so far! I love following my people around and being part of whatever they’re doing. I’m curious about the world, so I’d do best with a fenced yard to explore and a family who will keep helping me learn and grow. After playtime, my favorite thing is snuggling up close. If you’re looking for a loyal best friend with lots of love to give, I might be your girl! If you would like to meet me, please fill out a pre adoption application and a CDR volunteer will get back to you just as quick as they can! Sweet kisses and warm cuddles-Lacy **The ADOPTION FEE for this pet is $525 which includes getting the puppy/dog up to date on rabies, distemper and bordetella vaccines, fecal test and deworming if necessary, heartworm test, spay or neuter (not including pre-surgical bloodwork) and a microchip. Free access to our weekly training classes is also included for the life of the dog, something no other rescue in the area offers.*

Chicagoland Dog Rescue's Adoption Policy

First step is to decide if you are ready for a long term commitment owning a dog. Ask yourself if you are ready for vet bills, cost of food, training the dog, and what would happen to him/her if you became ill. Once you have decided you are ready for the commitment, the next step is to come to an adoption show and meet the dog you are interested in. Sometimes people fall in love with a picture, only to find another dog at the show better suits what they are looking for. Please remember to bring all family members, including dog(s), who live at the home to meet the new dog. We do not adopt out dogs as gifts.
