Kyra's Story
**If interested, please do not send us a message through PetFinder. Instead, please go to our website to fill out an application: www.projectpawsdogrescue.com. Adoption fee is $975.**

Kyra is a sweet, social, smart bundle of energy ready to explode into play at all times. She's a 4 month old Husky puppy, coming to us as an owner surrender.

She is very smart and has already learned how to sit, lie down, small stays and is learning to walk on a leash. Like most Huskies, she is VERY food motivated and is a quick learner. She sleeps all night in the crate and will sleep a good 8 hours in it. She is also doing very well with her housetraining.

Kyra LOVES being outside and will be a great companion for someone or a family who is active—she is currently being fostered with two other dogs and and is learning the cues of good puppy behaviour around them. She loves people and is happy to say hi to everyone she meets. She has done well with kids and is interested in cats.

Her foster mom and dad say she is sweet, extremely smart and sassy all mixed into one. Kyra is a relatively quiet puppy and does not bark often. Like most Huskies, she can be a bit dramatic with things she doesn’t want to do but if you make her think it's her idea, Kyra will go along with what she is supposed to do (like towel drying, nail trimming, etc.). As a young puppy, continued training will be imperative for Kyra to grow into the best dog she could be!

If you're interested in adopting or learning more about Kyra, please submit an application.
