Kylo's Story

Are you an active person? Like hiking and being outdoors? Then I'm the dog for you. I'm kylo and I was surrendered by my owner because I wouldn't hunt. What can I say? I'm a lover, not a fighter. I'm about 3 1/2 and housetrained and crate trained. And, if it couldn't get any better I'm good with dogs and cats. It would be great if I had a dog friend too. I would be at my best with older children. Sometimes I forget how big I am. So hurry before you miss out on getting your new best friend.

Carolina Animal Network's Adoption Policy

To set up a meet and greet with our animals, we ask that adopters fill out an adoption application. We will check references (personal and vet) and then we will ask for a copy of the adopter's driver license. Once an adopter decides to adopt, they will pay the adoption fee via our paypal and will sign an adoption contract online.

Our mission is to rescue and re-home as many animals from high-kill shelters as possible. We also hope to promote spay & neuter to reduce animal overpopulation in our community. We advocate for shelter animals in North Carolina by pushing for shelter reform.
