Kruger

This adult boy has everything wonderful that a Lab has to offer, minus the nonsense of a young pup. Kruger is between 5-7 years old and weighs about 65 pounds. He is crate trained but doesn’t need to be in a crate when he’s alone and he sleeps on a dog bed at night, so crating isn’t necessary. Kruger also house trained and does well on a leash.<br/><br/>Kruger loves to be around people more than anything. He hasn’t been around kids and sometimes gets so excited to see people that he jumps. Because he is otherwise so completely gentle, we think he would be fine with kids. Older kids would (age 8+) would be best. Kruger loves a car ride and he loves his toys. He will explore the yard and wander around checking things out in his mellow, peaceful way.<br/><br/>Kruger gets along with other dogs but has not been around cats. <br/><br/>Kruger may not have had much training, but he seems eager to learn and responds quickly. He doesn’t have a voracious Labrador appetite, but he loves treats and is motivated to work on his training so he can get cookies!<br/><br/>Kruger is quiet, gentle and loves affection. He knows ‘sit’ and ‘shake’, he loves squeaker toys and Nylabones and he loves to chase a ball. Kruger really loves snuggles and collecting all of his toys and putting them in a big pile.
