Kramer's Story

Kramer is a very sweet boy who is learning that the world can be a safe and happy place. Around 3 years old and 40lbs, he can be shy and nervous at first, especially around loud or sudden noises, but he is slowly coming out of his shell and showing more of his personality every day.

Once Kramer relaxes and feels comfortable, his joy really shines through! He has excellent crate manners, is dog and cat friendly, and is happiest when he knows he's safe and can just be himself. He may need a little patience and time to warm up, but getting to watch this sweet boy gain confidence is incredibly rewarding.

Kramer is looking for a calm, loving home where he can continue to build his confidence and discover just how good life can be.

Big Paws of the Ozarks's Adoption Policy
All adopters must fill out an application on our website with all necessary information. From there, our staff will conduct a phone interview and answer any questions regarding the dog or the adoption process. Once approved, a meet and greet is scheduled with the family, dog, and dog's foster family. This is the time where other pets can be introduced. If the meet and greet goes well, we can send the dog in a trial adoption for a few days to make sure it is a perfect fit for everyone. From there the adoption is finalized through payment of the adoption fee and transferring of vet records.
