MEET KOZY! STATS: 5 years old, neutered, American Bulldog Mix, 52 lbs AFFECTION/ENERGY LEVEL: I am an absolute goofball! I love to run (which is hilarious because my legs are a lot shorter than they should be) and zoom around. I am not the most coordinated, but I give it my best effort! I am a super sweet and loving boy too and soak up all the love and attention I can get! WHAT I LOVE: I love to play with my dog friends, roll in the grass, and enjoy the company of my human friends. If someone will play with me, I am at my happiest. The shelter staff says that I am always smiling and I even smile with my eyes, not just my grin. I really love toys and I am super treat motivated. KIDS: While I haven’t been formally tested with kids at the shelter, the staff thinks I would do well with kids that are kind and respectful towards me! OTHER DOGS: I enjoy playing with other dogs! I go to playgroup here at the shelter every day! I can be a little rambunctious, so another dog would have to be tolerant of that. CATS: No kitties please HIS MATCH: I would love a family that loves to play! I have so much fun-loving energy, and I need to be able to get that enrichment and exercise. I would be great for an active family that I can go on adventures with, play outside with, and learn what a great life truly is. SPECIAL NOTE: Check out my GORGEOUS eyes! Once you complete the app, a staff member will call you in 1-2 business days once approved to set up a time for you to meet the pet you are interested in. Every adoptable pet is Spayed or Neutered, implanted with a microchip, current on age appropriate vaccinations including a current 1-year Rabies Vaccination, and current on monthly Flea/tick prevention, and heartworm prevention for dogs. All pets are behaviorally and medically evaluated prior to being placed up for adoption. Adoptions are matched based on best placement and require no negative animal history.
