Meet Kovu - This beautiful 2023 edition of Australian Shepherd x Blue Heeler was born deaf. But don't let that fool you. This boy will stick to you like glue and wants to please. <br/><br/>Kovu knows some basic hand signals, but will be your sidekick and likes to regulate other animals and is best as an only dog. He has high herding instincts and may not be the best playmate for children, thus he will do best in an adult companion home.<br/>If you want a by your side pleaser, that travels well in a vehicle and would probably be an "AUSSOME" hiker, Kovu is your guy!!<br/><br/>House trained, Crate and Kennel trained, Neutered, Will be up to date on vaccinations prior to adoption, and microchipped.<br/><br/>Fine Print: All dogs of NWMNAR are screened at the headquarters in Ada, Mn until they are vetted. They are then transferred to foster homes throughout MN and some into ND so they can get used to lifestyles with a family in a home. Adoption fee for an adult dog is $300 + Mn tax. Adoption fee for a dog over 3 years of age is $300 + Mn tax., pup/dog1 year to 3 years is $400 + Mn tax. Dogs can be met in Ada, MN weekday and weekends, or in our alternate office location in Maple Grove, MN on weekends only.<br/><br/>Once we receive your submission, our application review team will be in touch with you.
