He is the goofiest, funny boy who prances everywhere he goes, he loves to run and play or just sit right next to you. <br/>Gary is a 2-year-old sweetheart who is truly a lover at heart. He’s affectionate, loyal, and loves being close to his people—but one of his favorite things in the world is having a dog friend. Gary is great with other dogs and would actually do best in a home with another dog, as he genuinely craves that companionship and connection. He is a wonderful companion to have around. He naturally stays close, has good recall, and isn’t a runner or door-darter. He’s fully house trained, sleeps through the night, and settles in nicely at home.<br/>Most of all, he is looking for a home where he can feel connected—to his people and, ideally, another dog. He has so much love to give and would be happiest with a family looking for a sweet, affectionate dog who truly enjoys being part of the pack. His first owner surrendered him because of her health issues and he was returned because of allergies in the home so if you do have pet allergies, he would not be the best match. He has lived with childen and loves everyone. He is a very tall, big lean boy, around 60 lbs. Koda knows how to sit and walk on a leash (he pulls a bit) and would love to learn so much more. He does have some eye issues and will need to stay on eye drops.<br/>Most of our dogs are not available to an out of the area adoption because of difficulty to follow up. If you do not live within a 2 hr drive of Orange County, please email us before applying to see if the dog you are interested in may be a candidate for long distance adoption. We do not have a shelter/kennel. Our pets are fostered/boarded all over LA and Orange County.<br/>This pet is altered, vaccinated, microchipped, and has had a brief temperament evaluation to help us determine what type of a home he/she would thrive in.
