Koda's Story

Koda is a sweet quiet dog was also very attentive. He likes to be by your side and also likes to cuddle. He would sleep with you in bed at night if he would let him. I believe he is housetrained, but I am not 100% sure. He is currently at the rescue and that it's not a normal environment to measure how well A Dog is potty trained. He is four years old and weighs about 10 pounds. He is a poodle or a poodle mix. He's very good to Groom and has a nice coat. He walked well on a leash and he is good in the car.

Like many rescue dogs, we're not sure how well housetrained Koda is. However, with gentle guidance, consistency, structure, and praise, he should be easy to train.

Koda is a coated dog (hair grows continuously) and will require professional grooming every 6-8 weeks.

Adoption Fee: $400 This fee includes at least one health exam with our veterinarian while in our care, spay/neuter, all vaccinations (including rabies, as age-appropriate), a pre-adoption professional grooming, and a microchip with lifetime registration at no additional cost. Dogs also leave with a new collar and/or harness, leash, and a gift bag that includes, among other things, a starter bag of the quality kibble currently fed at the rescue. Adoption fees also help us rescue the next homeless or unwanted dog in need. If you would like to be considered for B or any of our wonderful dogs, please complete an application here. https://www.shelterluv.com/matchme/adopt/AZST/Dog We review each application carefully. Please understand that we often receive multiple applications for specific dogs, and as a volunteer-run rescue, we may not be able to respond to everyone. All applications remain in our database, so please feel free to reach out if another dog catches your interest. We truly appreciate every applicant and strive to match each dog and family for a happy, successful life together.

PLEASE FILL OUT AN APPLICATION BEFORE MAKING AND INQUIRY If you see a rescue dog that you would be interested in opening your heart and home to, please fill out an application at the link listed . * Please note that we do not adopt out of the state of Arizona ** We process each application to be sure we match the right family who will best meet the needs of our rescue dog ~ that he or she will thrive! Once that match is found, we will contact you and set up a Meet and Greet with you and all members (including 4 legged) that will be living in the home. We work with your schedule and they are done 7 days a week. As an "All Foster All Volunteer" rescue, we do not have a physical brick and mortar building to visit our rescued dogs. All of our rescues live in our home based rescue or with their foster families to show them love and transition them into family life full of happiness
