Meet Koda!<br/>Koda is a bright, affectionate dog who loves being part of the action. He’s happiest when he’s included and enjoys simply being near his people — whether that’s relaxing beside you or curling up at the foot of the bed. Koda has a playful personality and loves his chew toys and bones; they’re his favorite way to stay busy and entertained.<br/><br/>He’s friendly with other dogs and enjoys their company, though his enthusiastic greetings can sometimes be misunderstood at first. Once introductions are made, he settles in well and enjoys social time. Koda is also comfortable being kenneled when needed and understands the routine.<br/><br/>He’s completely house-trained and will let you know when he needs to go outside, even overnight. When it comes to walking, he’s still learning how to use a leash and would benefit from patient, positive reinforcement training to help him master it. Koda would do best in a home where he has company or enrichment while his people are away, as he feels most at ease when he’s included and engaged.<br/><br/>Koda’s loving nature, loyalty, and joyful spirit make him a wonderful companion for someone looking for a dog with a big heart and plenty of personality.<br/><br/>Koda is currently in foster care outside of the shelter.
