Kobe's Story

Kobe is a very social 13 pound, 7.5 year old boy. He would do well with an older person/couple or a family. Kobe especially loves other small dogs and would do great with a dog sibling(s).

He was bought as a puppy from a pet store as a poodle x havanese, but we think he likely has mini schnauzer in him too. Kobe has lived alongside kids, other dogs, cats and a budgie. He came in to foster care because his family was moving to housing that was not dog friendly.

Kobe's awesome traits:
-he is very social and LOVES people
-he is really good about being groomed
-he LOVES going for on-leash walks and fenced in dog parks
-he is really smart and eager to please and learns fast
-he is happy to chill on the couch but also loves adventures
-he loves a car ride

Kobe's learning points:
-Kobe is now house-trained but came to us not yet house-trained. When he transitions to a new home he may need a bit of support around at first
-Kobe can

-Kobe will over-excited bark at dogs when on an on-leash walk. Off-leash he loves other dogs and does great!

Kobe has a really great temperament, especially for a little dog. He would love a home where someone is home more often. As he is very social he could live in a broad range of homes and would do well with a family, a single person who works from home, or someone who is retired. He could live more urban or rurally, and loves goes on forest adventures.

Kobe's adoption fee is $400 in order to cover the costs of vetting. He has been neutered, tattooed, microchipped and received his DA2PP vaccine since coming in to care.

If interested in Kobe please email bullybuddies@gmail.com for an adoption application. As our dogs are in foster care the first step is the application in order to feel out match. We are not a first come, first to adopt organization and try to match dogs and people in good ways.
