Kobe's Story

Kobe was just a young puppy when he was surrendered to a vet on 10/1/23. His face was very swollen from an infection and the owner couldn't afford the medical care needed. He has been treated with antibiotics, steroids, pain medicine, and medicated baths and is fully recovered! There is no reason to believe that infection will ever come back.
He does great with other dogs, big or little. He loves to play and he also loves to cuddle with his people. Crate trained. Potty trained. Neutered. Very smart and trainable!
He is afraid of thunderstorms and will need to wear a Thundershirt during bad storms to help him feel safe. He would rather hang out in the yard or house than go for walks too. Kids over 8 years old would be best for him.
Kobe is being fostered with Faith, another small dog, and they love each other. They can be adopted together or separately, but both would make wonderful pets.

**Breeds are a best-guess***
***If you are interested in adopting Kobe, please fill out an application available on Destination Home Puppy Rescue's Facebook page or via the "More About Us" button on this page.***
***We only adopt to homes/families in NC and SC***
