Knox's Story
Knox came into the BARC program with his sister and 5 brothers. These puppies had never been outside or received veterinary care before BARC took them in! The world was a very scary place to them all initially. Despite his sheltered, way less than ideal upbringing, Knox is gaining confidence while experiencing new things and learning how to live his life to the fullest! Knox is very treat motivated, making training an easy activity.

Knox loves soaking up the love and attention in his foster home and while he can still be a little nervous and unsure of new things, after a little time and investigation, he realizes he is safe and all is ok! While kids mean well, Knox is a bit uncomfortable around smaller children, so a home with older(12 years +) would be best for him.

Knox is very dog friendly! He loves playing with his furry foster siblings and is respectful of them and takes canine social cues from them well! When he isn’t romping with his furry pals, Knox enjoys snuggle time on the couch with his human.

Knox is being fostered in Jacksonville, FL.
