Knox's Story

Knox is gonna knock you sox off! Ready yourself for fun and general tomfoolery, love and kisses, little appreciation for personal space (he's a cuddler) and lots of young man energy and
pizzazz to go along with it! Knox is a young adult terrier mix who weighs about 40 bs now and may have just a little more room to grow. This guy loves to be on the move, loves to play with other dogs and adores playing with and being around the volunteers as well. He isn't interested much in seriousness so if you're looking for laughs, Knox is your man. He would settle well into an active home and will learn lots, as he is highly motivated to please and loves himself some treats which is a great combo. Knox does well with other dogs and loves those that love to play as much as he does. This tan package of yummy ridiculousness is both adorable and bright in the light that he brings each and every day. Hold on to them sox!
*Sleepover feedback: " We went on a hiking trail, several walks, and an outdoor brewery patio with other dogs present and he was great on the leash and had no issues. When we introduced him to a friend's dog, he was extremely well behaved and just wanted to play! Even through the fence with a neighbor's dog, he was very friendly and playful. When introduced to humans, he just wanted to be loved on. He had no aversions to bikes, wheelchairs, men or women; he loves watching kids play in the park but did not bark or otherwise disturb them. He loves to be pet, and people love to pet him - he is very handsome and attracts all kinds of compliments"!
*Additional feedback: " Knox is such a sweet pup-no complaints at all on our end. He was well-behaved and interacted wonderfully with my kids. He didn't bark at other dogs or people; he was mostly focused on playing fetch and happily running back to us. On walks, he stayed right by our side and didn't pull on the leash".

Saving Grace Animals for Adoption's Adoption Policy
All puppies and dogs at Saving Grace are crate trained, have been spayed/neutered, are up to date on their vaccinations, are on heartworm preventative and have been microchipped. Their adoption fee is $395.00. Each has been carefully screened for disposition and temperament in order to provide your home with a safe companion that will enjoy life as your new family member. Our Adoption Request Form can be completed online at our website at https://savinggracenc.org/adopt/. An Adoption Request Form is required before setting up an appointment to meet with a potential adoptee or a foster home. Sending an Adoption Form does not commit you to an adoption, it simply provides us with background information on potential homes. If you'd like to donate to help cover the cost of care for these wonderful dogs awaiting new homes, please visit the donate page on our website at https://savinggracenc.org/give/donate-now/. Saving Grace is a small, non-profit 501-C3 organization operated by volunteers only. Most of our animals come from rural animal control shelters where lack of space and resources limit their time and adoption possibilities. Thank you for choosing Saving Grace! We look forward to helping you find your new companion and family member.
