One of our amazing core volunteers reached out with a special request for a very sweet girl named Kiwi. 4-year-old, 61lb Boxer mix Kiwi was living her absolute best life right next door to our amazing volunteer, Joe. Tragically, she recently lost her humans. In a beautiful act of friendship, Joe stepped up immediately to care for her and keep her safe while we work to find her the perfect "forever" chapter. Personality: Cuddly, loving, and incredibly affectionate. Wants to sleep on top of you or in your lap!🤗 Goal: We want to find her a home just as full of love as the one she lost. 💖 We promised Kiwi we’d help, and we’re keeping that promise! Toby's Rescue's Adoption Policy

We post on our website and on Petfinder. When we receive an inquiry, we send out the application. We do a phone interview and if all looks good, we proceed with a virtual or in-person home visit. Then we arrange the meet and greet with the pup. At that point, we finalize the adoption with an adoption contract.
