The shelter had him listed as a Maltese/chihuahua mix, but we think he could have some Pomeranian or even Papillon mixed in there too but regardless of his breeds, one thing is for certain, he's super cute!<br/><br/>Kirby is generally a happy, active, playful, bouncy little buddy who loves to follow his foster mom around, prance in the yard with a toy in his mouth and then snuggle up for some lap time. In fact, his favorite pastime is sleeping on his foster mom's lap while she works. He does well in his crate, appears to be potty trained and loves his walks. We could see this boy doing well in agility as he really likes to run around and has shown to take direction quite well. He aims to please his person so he is very trainable. He is an alert, spirited little fellow who would do best in a home with a yard however a condo/apartment could work if he gets appropriate walks and outside time<br/><br/>We want to set Kirby up for success in his new home so a home with adults only is required. He'd be a great companion for a solo individual. He is fostered with several other dogs right now and while he is able to comfortably share space with them, he can be dog selective at times preferring small females to males. He'd do well as an only dog but he could be a second dog if proper introductions with an owner who has experience takes place. <br/><br/>So what do you say?
