Kirby's Story

Kirby is in his own world. He is beyond curious and loves to sniff everything. He has reflexes faster than most cats. He does play very aggressively. If he had a large space to run around, he would make such strides.<br/>He sometimes gets over stimulated and when he plays he likes to be physical. With just a few weeks of training, we have gotten him to not jump when presenting him with a treat. He is so close to sitting, but his thick head gets the best of him. Smaller children may not be suitable siblings for Kirby just yet, His energy comes from his bread, but he proves us wrong every day by how obedient he is becoming!

We now located all under one roof at our new building! The first step in meeting your new family member is an application. You can apply on our website, animalcharityofohio.org under the adopt tab. Please email ACOADOPTION@GMAIL.COM with any questions. After that you will be contacted by our adoption counselor. She will review your application and verify vet records. Please either have your records available for her review or give your vet permission to speak with her to expedite the process. If you have pets already in your home a meet and greet is required.
