Thankfully, Nova and her puppies found safety at the SPCA PV Sanctuary in Puerto Vallarta, where they've been waiting for the families they deserve.
Kira's mom weighs approximately 45 lbs and appears to be a Shepherd mix, so Kira is expected to mature into a medium energy, intelligent, and loyal companion.

Want to meet the whole family? Volunteers work hard to get the puppies out whenever possible, helping them build confidence and learn that new experiences can be fun. We think she would thrive in a home with a yard where she can continue to discover the world at her own pace and build confidence alongside her new family.

Kira has bravely enjoyed cooling off in the pool with her siblings during the hot Puerto Vallarta summer. She and her littermates also spend time practicing polite introductions with cats so they'll be ready in case their home includes feline family members.

Most of all, Kira is dreaming of a forever home. A place where she can finally trade shelter life for cozy beds, daily walks, family adventures, and unconditional love. She has spent her young life waiting for someone to choose her, and now she's ready to become someone's best friend.

Flight options to BC and Alberta are opening up.
Whether you're interested in adoption, foster-to-adopt, or fostering, we'd love to hear from you. But what Kira truly hopes for is a family to call her own forever.
pvcaadoptions@gmail.com
Please check your junk/spam folder for correspondence, as our emails can sometimes be misrouted.

Could Kira be the missing piece your family has been waiting for?
