Kira's Story

Everyone needs to come meet Kira because pictures don't do her justice.

We were told she is 13 but definitely doesn't look it. Her teeth are worn, but she has very little white around her muzzle. If her age is accurate, she's been around the block, but she doesn't act ancient! She's actually quite wiggly and cheerful.

She came from the same home as all of the chihuahuas that just got adopted. Now we can finally give her a moment in the spotlight!

We don't know her whole back story but we know she's incredibly sweet, loves treats, and she lived with lots of tiny dogs and we'd be happy to do meet and greets with dogs and kids who will respect an older dog's boundaries.

Kira is currently living in a crate full time and is ready to cash in for a comfy new home. If you'd like to meet Kira, stop by the pound this week and say hi!
