Kipp's Story

Kipp is a 7-year-old, neutered, full-blooded Border Collie who is up to date on all vaccinations and is heartworm negative. With the help of his sister, Shout, he’s been gaining confidence and really starting to come out of his shell. Now, he’ll happily approach people for pets—whether Shout is by his side or not.
Kipp is a gentle, sensitive boy with a curious spirit. He’s learning what it means just to be a dog—stretching out, exploring, and enjoying his surroundings. He would thrive in a home with a securely fenced yard where he can safely run and build confidence, always knowing he can return to his person if he feels unsure.
He received professional training as a puppy, and with a little patience and consistency, those skills are likely to come back quickly. While we’re not certain if he is fully housetrained, he keeps his kennel clean, which suggests he’ll transition easily into a home routine.
Kipp is looking for a patient, understanding adopter who will give him the space and encouragement he needs to continue blossoming into the wonderful companion he’s meant to be.
If you are interested in meeting Kipp, apply on our website.
