Kingston-Adopted's Story

Adopted Kingston was found as a stray and is about 18 months old. He loves to romp and play, likes stuffed toys and chewie bones. He is a very friendly and loving boy. He gets along wtih most other dogs, has one male in our household who is about the same age he does not like - everyone else is fine. He is fine with cats, and would be okay as the only dog in a household too. He does not need to be crated when you are gone, can be left in the house unattended without incidence. Kingston will be placed as inside pet with outside privileges to a secure above ground fenced yard. Pyrs do not do well with wireless fencing.

We recommend obedience training for all newly adopted pyrs, to help you create a special bond with you and your new friend. Kingston is neutered, heartworm negative and up to date on shots, heartworm and flea medication.

Kingston is an exceptional Great Pyrenees dog who has been selected for sponsorship by National Great Pyrenees Rescue (NGPR).
