If you fall in love, go to our website at petnetwork.org click on the animal’s individual profile. To start your application, select the ‘ADOPT ME’ button, and complete the online registration form. Once your application has been submitted, a Pet Network adoption specialist will reach out to discuss next steps. Feel free to contact us with any questions: (775) 832-4404 ext. 100 or email adoption@petnetwork.org(link sends e-mail) *Adoption applications are processed by order received. Each adoption at Pet Network comes with: The animal is spayed/neutered Each animal is vaccinated (appropriate to age) Each animal is microchipped and the chip is registered automatically at the time of adoption What does this mean to you? It means that each adopted pet comes with more than $1,100 of "extras" AND you get to save the life of a special animal in need! How much does it cost to adopt? Adoption Fees* Puppies (Under 6 Months): starting at $200 Dogs (6 Months - 6 years): starting at $100 Senior Dogs (7 Years +): starting at $50 Kittens (Under 6 months): starting at $100 Cat (6 months - 6 Years): starting at $75 Senior Cats (7 Years +): NO adoption fee! (adoption process still applies) *Some animals may have variable adoption fees to help support their fellow shelter animals. Why do the fees vary? No life is more valuable than another, however many animals we take in are in need of extensive medical or behavioral assistance. Some animals take months, or even years to find their forever home while others are virtually guaranteed to have multiple applications within hours of arriving at our organization. To help generate the funds necessary to continue our life-saving work adoption fees are based on a number of factors including: age, breed, size, medical or behavioral issues, and length of time in the shelter.
