King George Boxer & English Bulldog Mix Roswell, GA

"Well, the hooman did it again – brought another canine into the house and now wants him to get adopted. I really like King George! He is nice, funny, always happy, never growls at me or the other dogs, is a perfect size, and he loves hoomans too. I even considered for a second that I would happily share my food with him because he was soooo skinny when he came to us, but nope ... I saw him eat and he is messy & fast!

King George and I had a conversation and here are the conditions we have for him to leave – and we don’t make compromises. First, he wants another doggie as a companion because he loves to play and roughhouse with his canine foster siblings). We both agreed there can be a cat & non-furry, well-behaved hooman siblings as well. Second the food – no compromises on that either. Good quality dog food, the King prefers 2 meals a day and a little midnight snack. He doesn’t needs a pool or lake – and I must agree. Water is awful and relying on what the hooman says, he swims like a duck made from lead. King George would like to sleep on the couch or your bed, but he is okay with some crate time (fyi, don’t leave him alone for extended periods of times because he will get into all kinds of stuff!). No dog beds, he hates them and destroys them in no time (the last one lasted under 15 min – fastest we ever had :D ). He is humble and is okay with a blanket in his crate to lay on. He refers to stuffed toys and raw hides as a waste of money and they should not be given to the King. He wants you to invest this kind of money in treats, preferably cheeseburgerzzz. King George would like to go outside at least every 8 hours – I would say that’s a fair request. And of course, he wants to meet you and the other family members first before he decides whether you're the perfect person/family for him!

King George is housebroken, crate trained, neutered, fully vaccinated & microchipped. He is 5 years old and weighs 45 lbs.
