Kimmie's Story

After an extended adoption and through no fault of her own, Kimmie is back with us at the shelter. When she first came to the shelter, she was a bright pink, nearly bald, mangey mess. She overcame with the Kimmie spirit we all know now. She is happy, well-behaved, a good listener, great leash-walker, and super 'clean'. She likes to play but is a great 'by your side' girl. She's looking to become a permanent family member. Kimmie is putting all her setbacks behind her and is ready to go! (Hard to tell from photos-she is a bit shorter than a Lab-sized doggy) Feel free to give the shelter a call if you'd like more information on adopting. Adoption fees are $125.00 for dogs/puppies and $75.00 adoption fee for cats/kittens. All age eligible pets are spayed or neutered prior to completion of the adoption process. If the pet is too young for surgery, you will be provided a date for surgery per the adoption contract. (Included in adoption fee.) If you choose to use your own vet, we will reimburse surgery fees up to the amount our vet is charging. Dogs are heart worm tested, on preventative, spay/neutered (if of age), and have vaccinations up to date, and micro-chipped.
