Kiko's Story

**Kiko** is a Belgian Malinois with two speeds: *warp speed* and *slightly faster than warp speed.* If there were Olympic medals for zoomies, squirrel surveillance, and turning a tennis ball into confetti in under 30 seconds, Kiko would need a bigger trophy room. Equal parts athlete, comedian, and self-appointed head of security, Kiko believes every leaf is suspicious, every toy deserves a full tactical inspection, and every day is the greatest adventure ever.

Kaylee's Island of Misfit Dogs Sanctuary and Rescue's Adoption Policy
Our adoption process is fairly simple. We have them fill out an application, then we look over it with them and ask them questions to make sure they are a right fit for the dog. Once that is done, we have them sign contract and go over any questions they have on the contract. If they rent, they must list their landlord and we call and verify they are allowed to have a dog there, along with a home check.
