Kiko's Story

ATTENTION: All of our dogs are in private foster homes. We do NOT have a kennel with multiple dogs. If you find a dog you want to meet in person, please go to www.secondchancedogrescue.org and complete an application. We will make every attempt to process all applications within 3 business days of receipt.

// // Meet Kiko, a 13-year-old, 17 pound pug with a heart as big as his love for snacks! This gentle little gentleman is calm, cuddly, and friendly with everyone — dogs, cats, chickens, and kids alike. Despite his age (and being a little hard of hearing), Kiko enjoys life’s simple pleasures: leisurely walks, car rides with the windows cracked, and plenty of cozy naps. He’s the definition of an easygoing companion. Kiko is house-trained but, like many senior boys, he does have a tendency to lift his leg a bit too often — a small quirk for such a loving pup. He’s looking for a family that will cherish his golden years and give him all the love (and treats) he deserves. He is neutered, vaccinated, and microchipped. His adoption fee is $200.

All Second Chance Dog Rescue dogs are spayed/neutered, are up to date on vaccines and have microchips prior to adoption.

Adoption fees vary depending on age of dog.
