When a local landlord discovered six dogs in an apartment illegally, he gave the occupants until 4 PM to have all six dogs gone. We were late getting there and the dogs were not there when we arrived. The landlord dumped all six of the dogs into the desert on a date it was 106°. We were able to convince the landlord to reveal the location and we got all six dogs! This is Kiki, one of the best rescues ever! When I pulled her out of the Antelope Valley High Desert I promised her she would live the rest of her life in luxury and love! If you feel you can give Kiki the life she deserves, please contact me. She is about three years old and 11 pounds. She is a Morkie which is a Maltese and Yorkshire terrier mix. She is extremely smart and has a great desire to please. She is starving for attention and will sit next to you on the couch all day. She’s calm and mild mannered and laid-back. She uses the doggie door and potty pads. She likes cats and dogs and kids she has only one problem and that is that she licks your face way too much. <br/> This is not a first come first serve adoption. I will take as long as necessary to find the perfect home for Kiki. She would do very well with a retired man or woman that likes to watch TV all day or she will do well in a home with kids. I will require that there be someone home with her and that she is not left alone all day because she’s already been abandoned at least once and I don’t want it to happen again.<br/> Kiki is completely vetted and has had all of her shots. She is micro chipped and spayed and has been dewormed and treated for fleas, and been treated for any possible parasites.
