He recently had his right eye removed due to severe ulceration, and his remaining eyes cherry eye was successfully repaired. He was also neutered during surgeryone more step toward his fresh start!<br/>At 19 lbs and estimated to be around 4 years old, Kiefer is proving to be quite the personality. While kennels arent his thing and make him feel distressed, hes absolutely loving his soft puppy octagon and even puts himself to bed at nightwhat a smart boy! He sleeps through the night like a champ, which is a big win for his foster family.<br/>Kiefer is dog-friendly and loves to play! He enjoys the company of other pups and is eager to make new furry friends. He has also mastered the doggy door and is doing great with itwhat a quick learner!<br/>His playful spirit, good appetite, and friendly demeanor make him a joy to have around. He gets along well with kids who understand how to respect dogs, but little ones who like to climb might not be the best match for him.<br/>Fun fact: &#34;Kiefer&#34; means &#34;Jaw&#34; in Germanpretty fitting for a pup with such adorable teefers!<br/>Kiefer is currently being fostered in San Antonio and is doing great so far! He will be ready for his forever home once his sutures are removed in a few days.
