Meet Kennedy

Kennedy exemplifies why we love dogs. Though she got the short end of the stick for her first chapter of life, she is ready to give you her heart, trust and companionship.
At about 6 years old and 40 pounds, Kennedy is the sweetest girl her foster mom has ever met. Though timid as she navigates her new world, she could not be more loving from the moment she meets you. With just a little patience, you'll see her spark, including an awkward toothy smile and a curl of her ears!
Kennedy is an easy companion dog- she does not need a crate, though she is crate trained. She is house trained and quiet. She is low energy at the moment, but her new spark brings short bursts of playfulness (hello, beach!). Kennedy is easy on a leash and does not have any issues greeting other dogs; occasionally she may be a little testy but as she gets more comfortable with her surroundings, it is likely she would be fine with other furry siblings. She loves children and is cat friendly.
Her new chapter and your new friendship will surely bring joy, laughter and lessons for years to come!
Kennedy is spayed, microchipped, up to date on vaccines, and Heartworm negative.
