Kendra

Sweet Kendra has been waiting so patiently for her happily ever after. She came to us with six adorable puppies and she was the best mom ever! They have long ago found their own homes and are thriving and much loved. The family came to us with a few other chihuahua/small mixed dogs that came from an over crowding situation. Most of the dogs were very sweet, but Kendra and a couple others were very fearful initially. Of course they were afraid, they had lost the only family and home they had probably ever known and it has been very stressful for them. Kendra is the last of the crew and is doing fantastic in her foster home. We have won her trust and she has settled in well with us, we adore this little roly poly girl. BUT--true to her Chihuahua nature she will be cautious with any new people she meets and will need the same patience and understanding we gave her to help her figure us out. She is not the type girl that is going to run and jump in your lap, maybe not for the first couple weeks or so in her new home. Those of you that have been blessed with a Chi in your life know what I mean-lol!! They are sweet, loving and loyal little guys, but you have to get their approval first. We are totally guessing on Kendra's breed(s). The house had a nice mixture of little dogs and her pups were all very unique as well. But, she is small, a little long bodied and pleasantly plump. Kendra weighs about 12 pounds and is low to the ground. She is fully vetted and about 5 years old. She should be in a home without small children, teenagers and such should be fine.
