He was brought in by the City of Iola as a stray. We found the owner, and they just left him here because they didn't want to pay the fee. When he came to us, he was severely matted to the point that it was hurting him because the mats were so tight against his skin. So, we shaved him, which was best for him. Over half of his hair has grown back, and you can tell how much happier he is.
