Say hello to Kelly, one small but feisty Australian Shepherd looking for her new home. Though practically still a puppy herself at just over a year old, she has already had a litter of puppies. She just recently finished weaning them and is ready to continue being a puppy and growing into a cherished family member.<br/><br/>She does very well on the leash as she loves to sniff everything while on walks. Kelly also loves to go for car rides, soaking in all of the scenery and smells during the ride. Kelly loves cuddling with her humans and the friendship of a K9 companion. She is very intelligent and ready to learn.<br/><br/>Kelly is house trained yet not crate trained. She will need training to learn basic commands. Kelly is also a master escape artist as well as a sock thief. Any home will need to ensure to provide abundant enrichment such as exercise, training, games and shreddable/defluffing toys to keep her focus away from your slippers, socks, glasses, and remotes.<br/><br/>She would do well with a family that can take her for walks and has another dog that she can play, chase and share zoomies. She loves to play in the yard with her big foster sister that is twice her size. Always happy to meet a new person or dog, she does have high prey drive for squirrels and rabbits. She has done well with cats, however!<br/><br/>Kelly is currently offsite in a foster and would love to meet you and your family. Once you meet her you will fall for this adorable munchkin.
