Kelly's Story
**** NOT AVAILABLE **** NO HOLDS******
Need time to decompress Availability TBA

Meet Kelly - the sweetest angel in town!
Kelly is a member of our "Charlie's Angels" group. She was brought to us alongside three other dogs. They were transferred from Garden City's animals shelter, where they had been part of a hoarding case. Their previous owner realized they needed help and surrendered their dogs to their shelter so they could find better situations.
We don't know much about Kelly's past. She is about 4 months old, and judging off looks she seems to be a Chihuahua/Dachshund mix. She is already fixed, and up to date on all of her vaccinations. She gets along great with the other dogs she was brought with, but we aren't sure if she's been around cats or children. We have not noticed any signs of resource guarding from her yet, but that can be common in dogs that have come from similar situations such as hers, so it is something to be cautious of. With her history, she is feeling pretty nervous right now. She is a very sweet girl, but she needs someone that will be patient with her as she gets used to her new normal. It's likely that she spent her whole life inside of that one house, so a shelter situation can be very overwhelming. Once she trusts you she is very loving and clingy, but it will take time. She also doesn't seem like she's received any training before, so her owner will need to work with her and teach her the basics.
Kelly is such a sweetheart and she deserves a home where she can learn what true love really is. If you are willing to open your heart to this girl and give her the chance to show you her wonderful potential, come out and meet her today!
