Keizer's Story
Kaiser is a 4 yr old German sheppard with Pannus. Owner is surrenderring because they can not afford monthly medication and bi annual vet visits and are too old/frail to be able to walk him regularly and give him the excersize he needs. <br/><br/>He is well socialized and very good with people and dogs as far as I can tell. Just needs walks, but it has to be after dark if possible because sunlight exasperates the Pannus.
