Meet Kaylene! Kaylene is a 5-year-old, 13.30lb, female Long Haired Chihuahua. Kaylene is a sweet chichi lady who can be a bit shy when meeting new people. With a bit of time and patience she will stick to you like glue and become your bestie. Kaylene is a bit round and needs some help shedding a few pounds. Making sure she isn't over eating and increasing her activity level will help. During her intake exam, it was found she has a grade 3 of 4 luxating patella in her right knee. She is not experiencing any lameness at this time. Loosing some weight will help to keep her mobile and pain free! Kaylene is still unsure of the leash and would do best in a home with a physically fenced in yard or playpen for her outside time. She does great with other dogs and finds confidence in having a canine companion around. <br/><br/>The adoption fee is $400.
