Because they are just pups, our vet recommends waiting for spay/neuter because it’s the healthier choice. California law allows me to adopt out before alteration if it’s under vet recommendation and I require a deposit that is refunded after proof of alteration. The adoption fee is $200 and the deposit is an additional $100 that will be refunded.
