Hello World,<br/>Our names are Katya (F) and Nikolai (M). We are Siberian Husky mixes. Katya in Slovic means "Pure" like the fallen snow, and Nikolai in Slovic means "Victory for the people". Very noble names for such memorable characters. We love to run, play, snuggle, eat, and repeat. The more you laugh, the sillier we become.<br/><br/>Our lives were not always this carefree. One day we were safe and the next day we were wandering down a red clay road not sure what just happened. We were dumped. Our foster mom has a facility where there are a lot of puppies and adult dogs. Up to a couple of days ago, there were three horses too. We even have some kittens here. Every day, we all (12 puppies)go for a walk around the pond. We have so much fun. Our foster mom holds us, scratches our tummies, and practices short leash training.<br/><br/>But all of the orphans here know something is missing. We are missing our own families. My adventures we could have in the leaves piles or going to the apple orchards or my favorite, walking on the beach. The one adventure I do not understand yet, snow.
