Katniss is a 2-3 year old, 14 lb Schnauzer. Katniss is shy at first but quickly warms up. She loves to beg to be picked up and asks you to pet her. She's gentle and loves to give sweet kisses. Katniss will need patience with learning house-training as she previously lived outside. She is crate-trained and sees it as her safe space. She REQUIRES a home with a fenced in yard as she is not yet comfortable on a leash. She is not a match for young children just because a house with a lot of activity would make her nervous.
