I came to TIRR Rescue from Houston, where I was a street dog.<br/><br/>I lived in a couple of foster homes, but I am an excellent escape artist and it was very hard for my foster and rescue people to catch me. I became what they call a "flight risk," so I can no longer be left alone in a yard at all.<br/><br/>Because of my time on the streets, I am very distrustful of humans. I don't so much fear them as just simply not trust them. I am ok with kids - their words and actions don't conflict like with so many adults.<br/><br/>However, I am slowly learning to trust my rescue people, and my roommate Buccee has helped me gain confidence in humans.
