Kash AKA Angel

Meet Kash: Kash is a 5-year-old retriever mix with a big personality and an even bigger heart. He originally came to us from Puerto Rico in 2021 and was later adopted, but was returned in 2023 when his owner could no longer care for him-through no fault of his own. Kash is an affectionate boy who loves to cuddle, play with his toys, and spend time in the water. He's housetrained, knows his basic commands, and thrives when he has structure and clear guidance. While he has a fun, playful side, Kash also benefits from a strong, confident handler who can provide consistency and leadership to help him stay on track. He would do best in an adult-only home with someone who has moderate experience and understands how to set boundaries while continuing his training. Kash can be selective with other dogs and is not suited for a home with cats, so a proper introduction process and the right environment will be important for his success.
