Karney is a Friendly,Handsome 1 yr old Min.Pinscher Mix. He was found in the City of Altoona on 21st Ave between 11and 12th Street. Since he was not wearing a Collar and No I.D. we do not know where his Family is.<br/> As soon as Karney walked in he jumped up on the Girls lap and gave Kisses. Please help him find his Family or consider a real love bug for your family.
