She enjoys sitting beside her foster mom on the couch, follows her around the house and has discovered that snuggles are pretty wonderful. She even does a happy little dance when her foster mom comes home.<br/><br/>She is good with cats and is becoming more comfortable and confident in her foster home every day.<br/><br/>Karina is also making great progress on leash and walks nicely around the yard and neighborhood. She is still getting used to being leashed and is a very fast little girl, so her future family will need to be careful about keeping her securely leashed outside.<br/><br/>She is working on potty training and has been a fast learner as she adjusts to life in a home.<br/><br/>Karina can still be startled by loud noises and will need a family who gives her some patience and time to adjust. She has already come such a long way, and every day we are seeing more of her sweet, affectionate personality. We think she will continue to blossom with a family of her own.<br/><br/>Karina is being fostered in Essex, MD.<br/><br/>**PLEASE READ:**<br/><br/>Any dog that is house or potty trained will still need patience in a new home with new people and a new schedule.
