Meet KAPONG <br/><br/>KAPONG is a resilient, gentle soul with an incredible story. About 2.5 years old, KAPONG was rescued in Thailand by Soi Dog as a cruelty case after he was tragically shot in the face. He arrived at Soi Dog on June 21, 2024, where he received the care he needed and began his journey of healing. Since then, KAPONG has made a remarkable recovery and has truly blossomed into a wonderful, loving dog.<br/><br/>KAPONG came to the United States from Soi Dog on December 5 and is now living at Lucky Dog Refuge. He absolutely loves people and is beginning to enjoy playtime with some of the other dogs at the refuge. He is well-mannered, does great in his crate, and would do well in either an apartment setting or a quiet neighborhood home.<br/><br/>KAPONG is:<br/> • People friendly<br/> • Learning to enjoy dog friends<br/> • Crate trained<br/> • Up to date on vaccines<br/> • Neutered<br/> • Microchipped<br/><br/>KAPONG did well on his cat test in Thailand. <br/><br/>He will also go home with a Fi GPS collar to help keep him safe.<br/><br/>KAPONG has overcome so much and is ready to start the next chapter of his life with a loving family.
