Hello my name is Kane, I am 1 year old and I came all the way here from Texas! My foster family thinks I'm pretty great! When I first got here I was so unsure of everything. I had never had rules before and wasn't always sure what my foster mom wanted me to do. Ya’ll sound funny when you talk so sometimes I just couldn't understand her words (haha)! I was pretty shy and timid but after 2 months here I have made huge changes! I know how to tell my foster mom when I need to go outside to potty! I will sit when she tells me to! I do great on walks now! My foster humans always wanted to touch me and be close and that was something new to me and I didn't really like it but I am so glad that they kept giving me love and pets because its the best thing in the world! I love to snuggle close at night and sleep with the humans but sometimes I like to have room to stretch and get a good night's sleep so ill go into my kennel. Its my safe place and I like it in there as long as I can see someone and I know I am safe! I have a big fur brother that has taught me patience, and a baby fur sister who I love to race up and down the stairs! I do love my toys and mom says I'm a good boy because I don’t chew them up like my brother does. I love to learn new things and I LOVE getting treats so I try really really hard to be a good boy and learn these new tricks so I can eat more! Mom always tells me what a good boy I am and how impressed with me she is. I am not sure what that means but it must be good because I always get ear scratches or a head rub and kisses when she says it. I am really hoping to find my forever family soon, the sooner we meet the longer we have to play with each other! I love to be outside and I am very excited to see this snow that everyone keeps saying is on the way! Well I hope that we can meet soon and when we do please bring snacks!
