Kaitlin's Story
Hi there! My name is Kaitlin, and I’m a friendly, endearing, snuggly kind of girl. When I first arrived at my foster home, I made it a point to be wherever my foster mom was – not in an obnoxious way, but in a “I’m here if you would like to give out pets” sort of way. I have a loving heart and am learning which kind of toys are my favorite. Be sure also to ask my foster mom about how much I love bath time. Right now I love carrying around a chewy bone-shaped toy, and I wiggle my tail proudly when I’ve got it!

Kaitlin is as beautiful on the inside as she is on the outside. Never one to push her siblings around, she waits calmly but insistently for attention and is so fun to have around. She’s already been meeting different people both young and old and is happy to make friends with anyone. When it comes to other dogs, she’ll be one of the first to run up and say hello! She sleeps in a large pen with her siblings currently and is quiet overnight. She is a pro at using her turf potty area and should transition well to house training in her new home. If you’re looking for a sweet dedicated companion, you need to meet Kaitlin!

Kaitlin is estimated to be 9 weeks old and 10 lbs. Since we don’t know the dog’s actual genetics, this is just a guess on breed and size when grown. All dogs have had a vet examination, are up to date on all vaccinations, have been given dewormer and heartworm prevention. Dogs over 7 months have been heartworm tested.

If you are interested in meeting this dog please complete the adoption application on our website at https://safehandsrescue.org/adoption-process/ and then we can contact you about setting up a meeting.

We are also holding the following upcoming adoption events!

Please note: All dogs/puppies will not be at every event, and some may find their home prior to the event. If you are interested in a specific animal, please check our Facebook page for confirmed attendance the morning of the event: https://www.facebook.com/safehandsrescue/
You do not need to have a Facebook account to check the Safe Hands Facebook page for attendance. We hope to see you at an upcoming Meet & Greet!

Saturday, February 14, 11:00am-1:00pm, Broken Clock Brewing Cooperative, 1712 Marshall St. NE Mpls, Ste. 100 https://www.facebook.com/events/874130971620133

Saturday, February 21, 12:00-2:00pm, Forgotten Star Brewing, 38 Northern Stacks Drive, Fridley https://www.facebook.com/events/1406567791037135
