Kaipo

Meet Kaipo! Kaipo is a very focused dog. As with true sight hounds, he tends to use one side of his brain so he stays focused on the task at hand. He is a pretty High Active pup that needs room to run! He LOVES to play ball !!! He will run as far as it goes, retrieve it, and bring the ball back, and drops it for another go. He truly enjoys his walks, and if ever veers off, a quick “Come” and he’s back on track with you. Kaipo also enjoys water, so would be great at beach or lake. Kaipo would be a great pup for an active person. We saved Kaipo last minute as he was set to be euthanized. He was microchipped going in, but Information on file was no longer valid. We can tell that Kaipo had puppy classes. Kaipo truly needs a second chance. We have guessed on his mix with input from several people He has the body of a Whippet along with the hair/skin type of one. He also looks like he could be mixed with either a Pitbull, or another breed but a small one. Pocket sized Pittie MIX as he is only about 40 lbs. He is responding well to training - loving his car rides and visits to Public Places with his handler. <br/><br/>We are also looking for a Foster for him or Foster to Adopt.
